Assessment Event Payment Terms of Agreement

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment in Full

For Passion for Planting to adequately plan the Assessment event, candidates must make full payment by 1 month prior to the event.

Partial Payment

Understanding that payment in full is not always practicable significantly more than 1 month out, we allow for a non-refundable $300 deposit toward the full price. The number of candidates at each event is limited; your partial payment guarantees your place at the event. The balance of the full payment is due 1 month prior to the event.

REFUND POLICY

If You Cancel

If you cancel up to 1 month prior to the event, you may be entitled to a partial refund of your payment. The non-refundable portion is $300, whether you’ve paid in full or made a partial payment (deposit). Amounts over $300 are generally refundable to you at Passion for Planting’s discretion.

If you cancel within 1 month of the event, you are not entitled to a refund of any portion of the payment. At that point we will have made purchases, orders and other arrangements with the assurance of your attending the event. Thank you for your understanding.

If We Cancel

If Passion for Planting has to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will process a full refund of all payments, whether partial or full.
